tc666 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "tc666" / "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming services, website, and associated products operated under the tc666 brand at tc666.one.
• "Player" / "you" — any individual who registers an account with tc666 or otherwise accesses or uses the platform.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account registered by a Player on tc666, through which all transactions, wagers, and gameplay are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's tc666 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds held in accordance with these terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free spin equivalent, cashback, or other incentive granted by tc666 to a Player's Account, subject to the wagering and eligibility conditions set out in Section 7.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification processes, including identity and address verification, required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of tc666.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any activity listed in Section 9 of these terms that constitutes grounds for account suspension or termination.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the suite of player protection features available through a Player's Account, as described in Section 10.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with tc666, clicking any acceptance checkbox during the registration process, or by using any part of the tc666 platform — including browsing, depositing, wagering, or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all players regardless of their jurisdiction of access. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using tc666 is lawful in their jurisdiction. tc666 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to tc666 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is strictly enforced and is not subject to exception under any circumstances.
• You are registering and using tc666 as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of tc666 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tc666 or any affiliated regulatory body.
• You are opening a single account only. Duplicate accounts are expressly prohibited.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account with tc666, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one tc666 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9. tc666 reserves the right to link and close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such cases.

4.3 KYC Documentation

tc666 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its obligations under its international licensing framework and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit:

• A clear photographic copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or a valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of address (where required by tc666's compliance team — utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership where requested (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered account matching the details on file).

tc666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the relevant account.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tc666 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. tc666 recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

tc666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from tc666 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify tc666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your login credentials. tc666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account or from your voluntary or negligent disclosure of credentials to any third party.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency & Accepted Methods

All transactions on tc666 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. tc666 does not apply currency conversion surcharges on PKR transactions.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on tc666 is Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposits via bank transfer or card may vary. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tc666, though payment providers may apply their own limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your tc666 account KYC verification must be fully approved.
• You must have wagered a minimum equivalent of your deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is processed (this does not apply to withdrawal of deposit-only amounts where no bonus has been claimed or accepted).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. See Section 7.
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit into your tc666 account unless otherwise approved by our payments team.

6.4 Processing Timelines

Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within 1–3 business days depending on the recipient institution. USDT withdrawals are processed on the next available network confirmation. tc666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

6.5 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your tc666 account are from legitimate sources. tc666 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its AML compliance obligations. Deposits suspected to be from unlawful sources will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

tc666 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to eligible Players only. tc666 determines eligibility at its discretion and may exclude specific account types or payment methods from promotional participation.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• tc666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute Prohibited Conduct.
• Collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of system errors to gain unfair advantage in connection with bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on tc666 — including live dealer tables, RNG slot games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for game-related matters.

RNG-based games on tc666 use certified random number generators independently audited for statistical fairness. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available in game information panels. tc666 does not guarantee that any Player will achieve specific results or returns — all game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by any party.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or transaction, tc666 reserves the right to declare the affected round or transaction void. Any funds involved in a void transaction will be returned to the Player's account balance. tc666's decision on matters of technical dispute is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on tc666 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one tc666 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing tc666 on behalf of another person or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Using tc666 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once.
• Collusion with other Players or any form of co-ordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with tc666 in any capacity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after consuming gaming services or withdrawing equivalent funds.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in tc666's platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tc666 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

tc666 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount depositable into the tc666 account.
• Loss Limits — Caps on the total amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Duration Controls — Reminders and automatic logout timers configurable by the Player.
• Self-Exclusion — Periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure, during which access to the tc666 account is fully suspended. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

By using tc666, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that all game outcomes are unpredictable, and that tc666 is not responsible for any losses incurred. You confirm that you are not using borrowed funds to gamble and that your participation in tc666 is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the tc666 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game assets, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of tc666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tc666 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from tc666 without prior written authorisation from the Company.

12. Privacy & Data

tc666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to tc666's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service personalisation.

tc666 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities — where required for operational or legal compliance purposes. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tc666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses from gambling activity, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

tc666 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

tc666's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

tc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of tc666's systems.
• Chargeback disputes initiated against tc666 by the Player or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• At the Player's own request via voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, tc666 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money deposits where funds have been comingled with proceeds of Prohibited Conduct. Where termination occurs without fault on the part of the Player, any remaining verified balance will be returned via the original payment method.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tc666's international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of tc666 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of tc666 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
